1. How much does imenu24.com cost?

Check our Pricing page. Setup, support and orders via email are always free.

2. How does the 30-day free trial work?

Try it out for 30 days and see how it works for your restaurant. If you cancel within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing.

3. Do I have to sign a long-term contract that locks me in for years?

No. imenu24.com is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-
to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

4. How does my restaurant receive orders?

You can receive orders several ways -- via email, fax, printer or POS. With the exception of email (which is free), each
has its own cost listed on our pricing page.

5. I understand receiving orders by email, fax and POS, but what's the printer option?

You can download and install our "Order Monitor" software on your computer (Windows XP / Vista only). After installing it,
you just set what printer(s) you want orders sent to. Then the program communicates directly with our servers and anytime
an order comes in, it will print automatically to your printer(s). Plus it's more secure than email and more efficient and 2 cents
cheaper than faxing. So you get the best of both worlds. Pretty cool, eh?

6. What if my fax machine / computer / thermal printer isn't where my staff would see orders come in?

No problem. We offer phone and/or SMS text message notifications to alert you of new orders.

7. How long does it take to get up & running?

It depends on the size of your menu but typically about 1-2 weeks from start to launch.

8. Can I use my own Web address (domain name)?

Yes. You will need to purchase your own domain name such as www.your-restaurant-name.com and then point (forward) it to your imenu24.com online ordering website. If you register your domain at a place like http://www.ihosting4u.com , they typically offer this forwarding service for free.

9. Can I have my template customized to look exactly like my website?

Yes. While we do provide you with tools to do some standard customization (e.g., change colors, upload your logo, add different buttons, etc.) if you want something outside of the box, just contact us so we can give you a quote.

10. Can I accept credit cards online?

Yes. You can either have your customers' credit card information sent to you so you process it in your POS/terminal or if you have an Authorize.Net or PayPal PayFlow Pro account, you can enter your account info and accept credit cards in real-time. We highly recommend this second option since it's the fastest and most secure.

11. What if I have multiple locations?

Not a problem at all -- we have tools for multiple locations and franchises that make it easy to setup and manage all of your stores.

12. Can I create coupons for my customers?

Yes. You can create pretty much any type of coupon you want -- $ off, % off, free items, etc. Plus you can add restrictions such as
having to purchase certain items or meet certain requirements in order to use the coupon.

13. Are there any limits? For example, menu items, customers, orders, etc.?

No! Add as many menu items as you want; accept as many orders as your restaurant can fill; make lots and lots of customers happy.
